Camper Registration

Please note that there is a TWO PART registration, both need to be completed in order for your teen to join.  All registration details and deadlines are included in the link below.

• Regular registration at $610 will close on 6/1/25. 

• Late registration pricing increases to $645 and will begin on 6/2/25 until 6/15/25. 

Registration closes on 6/15/25 at midnight and no registrations will be accepted after that.

Online transactions can be fully refunded, minus the processing fee until June 15th. There will be NO REFUNDS for cancellations received AFTER June 15th. 

Counselor Registration

Each church is responsible for sending counselors to accommodate the number of campers they send from their church. The ratio for teen camp is 1 counselor for every 5 campers attending camp. If you are interested in being a counselor at camp this year, please reach out to your Youth Ministry point of contact.

PART 3:  Background check and screening.  You will be sent an email or text to do a background check and/or screening if you don't already have them on file.
