Every counselor that shows up and serves wholeheartedly at camp ALWAYS wants to come back again. In just 5 days, something magical happens a.k.a. the Spirit and we see incredible miracles, enjoy deep conversations with our future generations, and make the best memories. Fill out our interest form if you are thinking about it! We will connect with you in the Spring when we start putting together our counselor team.
Our process in who we choose is a bit methodical. We give primary choices to those who are in ministry or serve as teen leaders in all of our NW region of churches. After that, we choose from counselors who have experience with past camps. It is truly special to stay with your group each year. Lastly, we fill in our team spots with those from our interest group. We want new team members because newbies give us great perspectives in how we can be better as a camp. Our teens are growing every year and so should we!
