Step #1: Request Waivers

For each counselor/staff person
Check your Inbox
  • Open the NWYC waiver email from RightSignature.com, and click the link to open the secure form.
  • Fill each required field. The yellow bar shows if you missed any item.
  • Sign with your mouse & submit.
  • The Submit button emails us the signed PDF for our camp Check-In files! You will also receive a copy.

Step #2: Register

For each counselor/staff
Volunteer Signup!

 

Submit your signup information to be used for your cabin assignment, reference check and pre-printed name tag.

Step #3: Pay $30 Meal Fee

For one or more persons
Counselor/Staff Name(s)

No Fee! We prefer online payment if possible since transactions are trackable and reduce our volunteer workload. FULL REFUND will be provided for cancellations prior to camp or for declined applications.

Mail-in Alternative

If online application is not possible for you, you may print & mail the Paper Counselor Application/Waivers. We prefer that you register online to save our volunteers time. However, will we gladly accept your application by mail if needed. Please mail the $30 meal fee payable to "Spokane Christian Church" with the memo "nwyc counselor–name".

Prepare for Camp

  1. Make plans to watch the training video; it is a requirement for every counselor.
  2. Be prepared for camp, download the Camp Information Sheet from the Forms page.
  3. Please pray for God to move in a powerful way!

Staff / Counselor Training

  • We are preparing a training video and will notify you when it is available.
