Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

What is your cancellation policy?

If you wish to cancel any campers registration, you may do so by contacting us via phone, fax, mail, or email. All cancellations received by June 30th will get a refund minus a $50 processing fee. There will be NO REFUNDS for any cancellations received AFTER June 30th.

My camper wants to be in the same cabin as their friends, can I request that they be placed in the same cabin?

Unfortunately, with the logistical challenges that this presents, we cannot accomodate cabin assignment requests. Camp will be a great time to meet new people and make new friends!

My camper can't arrive until sometime after registration closes, can they still come?

In general, all campers must be checked in by 4:30PM on Monday, July 5, 2010. However, the camp directors may make exceptions at their discretion on a case by case basis. Any such request must be worked out with them prior to July 1st. To make such a request, you may contact them by sending an email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it prior to the Friday before camp starts.

If my camper does arrive late, is there a discount?

No. The registation fee is the same no matter how many (or few) days a camper attends camp. We have to uphold this because we have to pay up front, nonrefundable costs based on how many campers we'll have at the camp, and all expenses assume everyone will be there the whole week. The registration fee is based strictly on when you register (see question, "What are the registration fees?").

If my camper has to leave early, can I get a partial refund?

No. The full registration fee is required no matter how many or few days a camper attends camp, and no refunds of any kind will be given after June 30. This includes if a camper is sent home for disciplinary reasons, medical reasons, or really any reason whatsoever.

Are there any forms required?

YES! To get to the required forms, either go to the Forms tab, or click here.

What are the registration fees?

$305 per camper if we receive your registration between September 1, 2009 and December 31, 2009
$345 per camper if we receive your registration between January 1, 2010 and March 31, 2010
$385 per camper if we receive your registration between April 1, 2010 and June 30, 2010

$400 per Camper if you register Onsite. "We strongly urge you to register before June 30th to avoid Onsite Registration fee of $400. Please do not mail in registration after June 30th, as Mail In and Online Registration will be closed."

I had a problem with my registration, or need to make a change. Now what do I do?

Email us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it with your issue and we will contact you directly to resolve it quickly and professionally.

Can I mail my registration in?

YES! When registration opens, goto the Forms page; and send your registration, the two required waiver forms, and payment to our mailing address.

How can I become a counselor?

You can go to the counselor information page! Where it will have an application to download and mail in along with an essay about why you want to serve at this camp. You can go to this page directly by clicking here.

Why are the camp dates in the second week of July this year?

  • All 15 church leaders were asked their thoughts, and all churches were taken into consideration. All votes except one were for the change of date.
  • Due to another group moving out that same day, the high school boys would have needed to sleep on floor the first night.
  • The Canadian churches were sandwiched between two holidays; July 1st being their national holiday and July 4th for the united states. They made an appeal to move it due to air fare and the fact that this holiday is a big deal in Canada.
  • The largest 3-on-3 basketball tournament is in Spokane that first week in which a number of volunteers, campers and counselors participate.
  • This second week we would have the whole camp to ourselves.
  • More volunteers in Spokane will be available for housing early arrivers.

How can I resolve transportation difficulties?

  • The Spokane church would be delighted to house your kids prior to camp and handle local transportation if you are unavailable on the day registration opens.
  • Campers could ride with other families driving in from your local church. Also, try asking your minister if your church plans to rent a van.

Why do counselors and camp staff have to pay $30?

Our goal is to keep the camp as affordable as possible for the campers so that as few as possible miss out for financial reasons. One of the ways we hope to do that is by asking all those who serve as counselors and staff at the camp add to their treasures in heaven by contributing a small amount to help offset the cost of their meals. We really hope that those wish to serve at the camp will have the same goals (to reach as many as possible for Christ) and will feel great about helping the campers in this way. We really appreciate the sacrifices anyone who serves as a counselor or staff at the camp makes for these kids, and we know that God does too. Thank you so much for wanting to serve!
