Thank you for your heart and desire to want to serve the families of the Northwest Churches. You need to be aware of a few things we need from you in order to make this a smooth process:

1. To apply, fill out the Counselor And Staff Registration form, and send it to our Mailing Address.
   
   (All applicants are not guaranteed a spot as each application will be individually reviewed and based upon need. There have been times where we have had to turn away counselors due to so many signing up which is actually a good problem to have.)

2. After you receive an Acceptance Letter as a Counselor and / or Staff, send a $30 Meal Fee with your name clearly noted. (The NW Youth camp will cover your lodging.)

3. Make plans to be at the Counselor Training Session. This requirement is taken into consideration on whether or not you would be a counselor. Please make plans on being in attendance. If you have an emergency please let us know by phone.
4. Be prepared for camp, download the Camp Information Sheet form.
